Starting an elimination diet. Making sure it works. Getting professional help.

I have been through the process of an elimination diet. It works but under supervision. I employed a nutritionalist but it was expensive.

Going back to work proved difficult. I had to do voluntary work, deal with the DWP whilst sick and slowly start up my business to afford private health insurance and care.

Bee good to yourself, enjoy life and the diet will go well.
