So I have been diagnosed with lupus and no kind of treatment as of yet.

Nasonex was prescribed for me by ENT. I believe it's a steroid nasal spray. Neosporin sounds like an antibiotic? You have my sympathy, they are miserable. Try hard to get them under control as soon as you can x
