Meiceman63....Have the same thing. Only thing that helps is massage, epsom salt baths, and myback up formula 303 from my chiropractor. Which has passionflora, magnesium and valerian root. Passionflora is a fantastic herb for anxiety, and valerian has always been a good relaxant. Something to take to help with sleep. What I do personally naturally. Unless, you want to take meds.

Oh, and the breathing, i have had trouble for years with that. And doctors give me that stupid breathing thing to blow into, and if it falls within parameters, they say I am fine. I believe its inflammation in the lungs, which again, another dr wanted me to get a chest xray. And I said to him, does an xray show inflammation? He said no. I have had chest xrays before. Not doing anymore. Basically, the drs think I am making up the breathing problems, till my hematologist saw my co2 was high in my blood. Wa la....finally someone who gets it. Healing my liver has improved my breathing. Dont ask me why. My liver was bugging me, so I researched. NAC....look it up. Known to help with COPD, and other things. It is an amino acid. Or you could have something else going on. Talk to your doctor.
