I was diagnosed with Shingles about 10 days ago,the spots have started to scab over, but still don't feel that good ,I am still itching and it's painful, but I'm still getting a headache or muddled head and feel very tired,Has anyone experienced this.?If so how long before you began to feel better.

It took me about 10 days to out of rashes and pain when I had shingles. I had antivrus 3 days after and had vaccine years ago. It was considered relatively quick recovery. However, some patients could have nerve pains for months even years later

Took a couple of weeks for the sore and painful rash/blisters to go away when I was diagnosed about 2 years ago. I still have 2 small spots of it where the rash first appeared. They're not painful any more but I still get the sharp tingling occasionally thats left long after the virus has cleared up, what I call nerve damage around my right breast

Its tons better than it was and I was off colour to begin with, very sore with the stinging pain. Hope you're feeling better soon, it does improve :)

I have them on my back and side and a couple just below my breast,my breast and back feels tender and bruised and stabbing pains even though there were no spots on my breast.presumably it's because of the nerves.Hopefully it will settle down and I will feel like going out again.Take care .
