Hi HARRYTHEFISH1

The only place you can get them is from the hospital or your GP. I got mine from my GP they start you on a low dose then build you up until you have the strength that helps you.

Unfortunately they did not work for me. I am on slow releasing dihydrocodeine with 2 x 30mg of regular dihydrocodeine with 2 paracetamol. Since I added the slow releasing dihydrocodeine it has made a massive difference. I truly hope that you can get some pain relief that will help you. Take good care of yourself. Jan101 🤗🤗xxxxx

Hello HARRYTHEFISH1 ,

Do you have a diagnosis of lupus? Have you discussed pain management with your doctor?

If that is not working then I would recommend that you go back to your doctor and discuss other possible pain management options with them.

Hi Casper14 ,

I'm afraid that I am not medically trained so I cannot advise you about this. I would recommend that you discuss your pain management options with your doctor.
