Hi all. I was diagnosed with sle 10 years ago and it has been in remission for 8 years during which I had a healthy uncomplicated pregnancy. Now at 38 I am pregnant again and I am really happy about the baby, I am scared as I am 10 weeka now and had a flare up of skin rash. Anybody have experience with sle during pregnancy.

Hi Milady78,

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Is your rheumatologist aware that you are pregnant? Have you informed them about your recent flare? It is best to speak to them about this so that they can do any additional monitoring they may want and possibly make adjustments to your treatment.
