Fingernails

After some time of saying my fingernails are just fine, but the nail capilleroscopy showed abnormalities that can't be seen by eye. I now have the vertical blood splinters. Drat . Seems like the Raynaud's is hitting harder? I haven't examined my feet yet

Having a mini flare at the moment. Achy swollen finger joints in particular, and face on fire, but I have found very milky and soggy porridge is going down well, which helps with the weight gain, or, at least, stabilisation.
