Hi everyone does anyone else have chronic cramp in their shins when they walk? I only have to walk a few steps and mine cramp up, I hate it I need to walk to exercise my lungs I have recently been diagnosed with asthma and have been in hospital twice in 3 months because of it. Since my diagnoses 2 years ago my bowel has gone funny my bladder has all but packed up. I have that thing with chest pain like I'm having a heart attack and now asthma I also have terrible back pain when walking or standing for to long. On the joys of lupus.
