Lab results positive and negative???

Hey guys and gals. Wanted to know if anyone knows why I have a positive Ana,lupus anticoagulant,and elevated sed rate but the doc says I don't have lupus. I've been reading your posts and it's like I'm reading my owns thoughts. Everything hurts. Like I fell asleep in the street and a concrete roller drove over me. Also experiencing a tremendous amount of calf pain along with the joints, face rash etc. Am I crazy or can these blood tests show positives and negatives and go back and forth? Thanks for any info you can give me

I am sorry to hear that your tests so far haven’t resulted in a clear diagnosis. Has your doctor requested a repeat of the tests to rule out false positives?

Lupus can be a difficult condition to identify. If you haven’t seen a specialist yet you might want to ask to be referred to a rheumatologist who will be able to investigate this further.
