Why do I feel as if I had fleas or something because I've been itching all over

For me the feeling of crawling skin flea type feeling was is neurological it's a hell on earth kind off thing , for me it means central nervous system involvement.

For you I would go see your docter or phone your rheumatologist if you have one this is completely differant from an itchy rash .
