I'm so happy to have found my new GP. Although my rheumy appt isn't till August he is doing a second ANA testing, ct scan and a bone density test. He looked at my rash on my face and actually looked at my hands and feet. Just the fact that he looked at me and not his notepad or prescription paper...made a world of difference. He did agree that it is a butterfly rash and my pain could be eased with prednisone. I just feel so relieved to have found a dr that actually took the time to talk to me and listened...he actually listened. SN: he definitely assured me that it's lupus but still running the second ANA test and bone density test. Just knowing is better than not knowing so at least I can get help. Thank you guys for helping me through such a difficult time from my last post.
