hi not been well Want to know what is wrong with me I don't want to phone the doctor until I know it's something I need to phone the doctor. I've got lower back pain can hardly move it hurts more every time I move.

That's a slightly pointless way to look at it - if we could work out what is wrong with us ourselves we wouldn't need doctors! If it is affecting you that badly - you need to have it looked at. It could be a muscle that is in spasm or it could be sacroiliacitis (inflamed sacroiliac joint) or something else - a lot of things will cause severe low back pain.

I think PMRpro is right. We cannot diagnose your back condition. If it is that bad you can hardly move you need a doctor and are not wasting their time. I hope you get an appt quickly and get it sorted out. Best wishes.
