Hi, i suffer really badly from PEM (Post exertional malaise) eg i have to lie down after making a cup of tea or brushing my teeth, and wondered if it was a Lupus symptom or whether its only caused by my me/cfs. Trying to work out if ive ever had me/cfs or if i was misdiagnosed.

Hi Katie

Had this since diagnosed 6 months ago. Can't even walk downstairs without SOB and really heavy legs where I have to sit as soon as I get to the bottom.

Dr thinks it is all part and parcel and nothing to worry about.

Have a good Christmas
