guestionable pain

For months now i have been having a sharpe pain on the right side ,above breast and toward armpit,in my back ,and runs up to right shoulder .hurts more if i sneeze,cough,or move at times.ive had stress test done,my heart is good.what could it be?

Have you had your gallbladder checked? I'm just saying I know that the pain can rotate around to the right side towards the back. I had similar pain and had to get my gallbladder removed. Hope you find the answer. Happy Holidays xx

Usually if pain increases on coughing it is muscular. Try physio or message.
