I can't actually see anything there!

When my daughter was being diagnosed and was visiting the rheumy (a terrible experience - since been referred elsewhere), she would be very upset, stressed, tearful etc and go red in the face, which he pointed out as a possible Lupus rash. But we couldn't see it at that stage - to be honest, my face matched due to also being upset! However, since being positively diagnosed, the rash now appears more clearly from time to time, and stress is one of the triggers. But it isn't there most of the time, only when she is flaring slightly. Don't know if that helps!

Hi...not a clinician myself but a sufferer. It looks like a mild rash to me but it's about a group of symptoms, try not o focus on one particular thing anyway...take care...

It might be a sun induced rash. You are fair skinned, and I had a friend with very similar looking thing but also really dry skin. It used to worsen every May to June when the sun was stronger and the various pollens in the air were suddenly active. She didn't have hay fever or any other symptoms of allergy but het Gp told her to always wear a very high sun block like 50 and see if it went away which it did.

Now she knows to look out for it every late spring. By summer she is Ok and doesn't need to have quite such a high sun block.

Like others say an autoimmune thing would come with so many other symptoms as well and you would likely feel fluey too.

Hope you get it sorted out. x
