Can anyone tell me, is blephitis anything to do with sle?

+ve ANA and APS. APS being treated with warfarin. No treatment for SLE. Could an attack of blepharitis be due to SLE which I believe is in flare due to rapidly falling INR and IBS? Seeing GP tonight. Thanks
