Not sure what area symptoms lie

Been having problems with my muscles at least it feel like my muscles. Very weak painful muscles in fron tof arm pit that connect to breast tissue area. They feel very lumpy and sometimes feel like they are tearing when i lift something.My breathinh muscles also seem to be affected.

Has anyone had any thing like this.

I think you should see a doctor as soon as possible! I had severe muscle weakness and couldn't even walk for a while when I was in early 20's but nothing felt lumpy. I hope you feel better soon

I always dred going to appointments, I think we all probably do but on the bright side the sooner it's check the sooner it's sorted :) I hope your appointment isn't too taxing and I hope it gets better for you

If your muscles are actually tearing with little effort , that's consistent with myopathy. There are Lupus-like conditions dermatomyositis and polymyositis which both include myopathy. Evidence of active myositis is muscle pain, (as if you'd ran a marathon the day before), and tea-coloured urine ... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabd...
