Does anyone have days whete everything feels like climbing mt everest .

My day started with a very sore throat ..which in turn has turned into a head cold .my whole body feels stiff sore tired..what a day ....xx

Have a sore throat myself and starting to feel sick. Took some vit c and zinc. Feel a little better. Hope u feel better tomorrow.

Yes, in a word! Although my symptoms on such days are different. Rest seems to be the only cure for me. Best wishes.

Yes and yesterday was one of those rare days when I felt "normal" and forgot anything at all was wrong with me. I walked and was able to do a tad of exercise and enjoy friends. I've decided to just enjoy those days but the bad days are very bad. Last week, I had a day where every joint in my body hurt and I had a horrible headache as well. After that I was hardly able to do anything productive for three days. It's not fun at all and I'm sorry you're not feeling well.

It so nice to read the replys ..still feel like every joint hurts but hey u just have to learn to listen to your body ..even if you dont want to !! ..some days it beats you ..

YES. I understand. I wish non lupus people understood. Somedays it's hard to even climb out if bed I get tired if feeling like a 100 year old woman. Sounds like you have a virus and that makes it worse. Try to rest in a quiet place and drink a lot of your favorite tea.

I have just finished yet another course of meds can't remember how many courses I have had this year and its getting even harder to remember the day I felt good and this is sad

Yes, have a few at the moment - think it could be infection or over-did things. Got sores up nose and bleeding nose - shooting pains in head, but weather here strange, too, thundery - suspect lot of electricity in the air. Having lots of fruit and trying to eat well, but little appetite, too, so only eating when body needs it. Sleeping a lot again, too.
