I have really bad Anemia , I had a blood transfusion 2 weeks ago and I now take B12, my complexion is pale and patchy for a black woman it is very hard to disguise how my Anemia effects me I know things are bad when I start feeling dizzy and falling asleep on the bus the fatigue is crippling.

I hope the B12 is working for you it's has made a big difference in my lupus treatment.

Healing hugs maggie54

Hi maggied54,

I have been taking vit d supplements since my diagnosis 15 months ago. I also have pernicious anaemia and get b12 injections every 12 weeks. My skin isn't pale but that could be a sign of anaemia so maybe you should get that checked out.
