does anyone get migraines when taking nithidipine? Don't know if it is mis spelt

Yes - I sadly don't tolerate nifedipine at all - i presume it works by opening the veins up to improve circulation but it feels like my head will explode!!

I do when I first take it but it stops after a couple of days

Thanks to both of you. Yesterday I thought well I haven't eaten anything that triggers a migraine. Started taking 2 new tabs yesterday and both have head ache side effects. Lets see what today brings.
