Does anyone know who this person is don't like someone following me without knowing who they are ???? ( zaccmburu).

This kind of thing happened a few times on the BLF site last year. sometimes there are some troublemakers around. They are reported or spotted by admin and deleted
There is something weird going on. When I open up the news feed on my phone at the moment I am on someone else's account. I've messaged Paul about it but haven't got a response yet. The difference is the account I'm accessing is someone who is a contributor here. Not sure they'd be entirely pleased about it. Just scares me to think who might be opening my account!
I was told earlier today I don't belong to the Lupus community so I couldn't post!
But you can also report to HU - the downward pointing arrow in the box at the end of a post gives you that option.
Paul is off for the weekend I'd hope - but I'd also hope that HU keep moderators on 24/7.
I just went to reply on another forum and came up with someone else's username.
It then said couldn't report as I am not that person😕and I don't know if "that person" is the real me or the new not me beginning with P?
Argh too much for my ickle brain so off to bed in the hope I am me tomorrow 😉

I've contacted the support team at HU myself now too. Hopefully they can look into some of the technical issues that you've been experiencing recently and fix them. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am also experiencing problems saying I am not part of the community. Where do I report the issue? EDIT: I reported using my own post here. Hope that winds up going where it's supposed to!

Righto! Seems I've fixed my issue. I eventually took the plunge and used the persons account to log out. Then I logged back in on my account.
I had a search for the username zaccmburu as well and turned up nothing. Hope you get an answer.

It looks as though zaccmburu has decided to follow you, although they are not (or at least, no longer) a member of the LUPUS UK community on HealthUnlocked. If you don't wish to have other members of HealthUnlocked 'follow' you, you can turn off this feature. Click on your username at the top of the page and select 'account settings'. Scroll down to 'Privacy' and uncheck the box that says, 'Allow other users to follow me', then click on the green 'save changes' button.
Is it not possible to block just individuals? And can non-members of a community follow someone? Just wondered...

No, I don't believe it is currently possible to block individuals from following you. I believe that it is possible to follow any other user of HealthUnlocked who has not turned this feature off, regardless of whether they are in the same community as you.
On patient.info you can block specific people from private messaging you - there isn't a follow feature though that I know of. I don't care who follows me - they'll get bored eventually if they aren't really interested

This solves the mystery of LupusUK sometimes saying I'm not a member in the last couple of weeks.
