hello-i have a question
Hi Moss, Usualy there will do blood test to reconfirm it is lupus, like my case they took biopsy of my scalp and blood test.
i ve had this diagnoisis for years , seconadery fibro, plus raynards but only had week positive ana i think it was
Yes quite a few of us Lupies have not had positive ANA's so you are not alone
they work on a different criteria there is a list and you have to meet a number of aliments on that list.
Lupus U/K will have a leaflet on this i'm sure
I haven't had a positive blood test, but from pictures of my rashes, swollen joints, my intolerance to the sun, hair loss, mouth and nose ulcers, not forgetting the complete exhaustion, having confirmed sjogrens, raynauds and hughes, then i was told i def have lupus!!
such a relief after 10 years of not knowing
