If I m feeling well clinically , can it be possible that organ's inside is attacked ?

If everything is good except for a bit hurt on hand where I got broke last year , is it called flare n need to go to doctor ?

If it got to the level of organ involvement your blood tests would show it up and a rheumatologist would pick it up as an issue. And some organs can be affected by lupus and you would still feel ok for a while, for example kidney nephritis.

A flare is a worsening of symptoms to the extent that you know a doctor should have a look - 'a bit of hurt' doesn't seem to qualify as a flare unless is accompanied by other symptoms indicating lupus.
