Has anyone tried hemp seed oil capsules?

Never these but all their hand and foot cream are amazing for me. What are the capsules meant to help ?

I've been using hemp seed oil to cook with. Also throwing in hemp seeds from Sainsburys with salad.

Yeh I might give them a wee try, been reading about the capsules, one of my.friends has been on them for 2 months and her joints are not so sore, feels more calm and able to cope with everything. Worth a go I think.

I use the seeds on cerial & salad/stews. Hemp milk is so refreshing. Not seen capsules though - will be on the look out.xx

Amazon have them for sale also seen them on holland and Barrett website

I have also used hemp seed oil (and ground seeds) in cooking, baking and in salads - but not capsules. Something to look into - thanks. xxx

I just have received my bottle of hemp oil and I am definitely going to try and use it as much as I can in cooking but capsules are even better idea
