HI I found a link on a Lupus website that refers to this workout DVD for Lupus suffers done by an actual Lupus suffer who is/was a trained personal trainer.

I have looked on amazon uk but there is nothing there. Does anyone know if we have something similar in the UK?

That sounds great and very encouraging, what sort of exercise is on the DVD as I do a small amount of pilates and find this very helpful as it is very calming and makes me relax, so if it is not possible to get the other exercise DVD maybe pilates would be a good alternative as it is low impact so does not hurt the joints or make you out of breath if you have chest problems.
