I'm sensitive to the sun as well. I also start to feel dizzy , nauseated with a low grade fever along with lots for brain fog and swollen joints. Completely drained! My skin feels like i was rolling arounf in cactus 🌵

This same thing happened to me yesterday, (except the skin part)...I was outside briefly in mid afternoon, just long enough to walk the garbage container to the end of my driveway and clean up a few messes in my yard from my dogs, total time about 1/2 hour, when I suddenly became very dizzy, nauseated and sweating profusely. I immediately went inside to lay back in my recliner and drank to full bottles of water, which normally pulls me back to feeling okay, but not yesterday, I just continued to feel worse as the day progressed, wasn't able to eat supper because the nausea was so severe, by the time I went to bed I had a raging headache and was quite chilled but was still sweating a lot. This morning I woke up to find I'm still very nauseous w/ abdominal cramps and headache & having a lot of pain in my toe and knee joints with very swollen hands and sausage fingers, just feel quite ill overall. Amazing that it's all stemming from a half hour of sun and heat exposure.

I still would consider a trip to your doctor!
