Can you help the Daily Mail with an article on tips to help newly diagnosed cancer patients?

This is the request we've had from the Daily Mail, if anyone can help?

Did you do something really thoughtful or practical for a loved one while they were suffering from cancer?

Perhaps you:

- cooked nutritious meals to nurture them

- sat and gave them hand and foot massages when they were feeling dreadful

- took days off work to read to them, watch DVDs with them, or do something lovely like sticking old photos in albums while reminiscing about old times

- sent sentimental gifts, such as photos, in the post to arrive at key points in their treatment when you knew doing so would give them a boost

Whatever it might be, I'd love to hear what you did to help someone and show you cared - it's for inclusion in a wider health piece designed to share tips with the loved ones of newly diagnosed cancer patients who are desperate to help in some way but don't know how. All I need is a few minutes on the phone or an email exchange with any willing helpers.
