I am sorry to hear that you mother has been diagnosed with lung cancer and now has progression while on Osimertinib. The next steps on treatment will depend on her general fitness and amount of spread, each patient’s treatment is considered on an individual basis, your consultant oncologist will discuss the next steps with you both.
