Last night, I did a zoom chat with some lovely ladies, who were all in various different stages with their treatment .

Ellen who is from the Roy Castle Foundation sent me the link to the zoom call I found it all extremely useful. And we were all comparing notes and it made me feel less isolated , we were all from different parts of the country and it was just great to catch up with the ladies and we were all in the same boat. I thoroughly enjoyed it and hopefully will be able to do it. If not every week, but every two weeks it's usually on a Tuesday evening between seven and eight.

This is Ellen's contact number if you want to give her a call and ask her to send you the link next week. If you're interested, I think it's well worth doing.
