What is the study about?

We want to understand how to best capture the health effects of being treated with radiotherapy. This will help us to understand whether we can use an existing health measurement tool (called ‘EQ5D’) in clinical practice.

Who can take part?

We are hoping to hear from people who have received radiotherapy for lung cancer or those that have cared for others during radiotherapy treatment for lung cancer.

You can answer the survey from your own viewpoint or from the viewpoint of caring for someone who has been given radiotherapy for lung cancer.

If you would like to share this survey with someone who provides you with day-to-care care then please feel free to share the link.

How can you take part?

This survey is the first of up to three short surveys. Each survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Your name will not be recorded with your responses. We will need your email address for you to be sent the second (and third) round of surveys but this will not be stored with your answers to the survey.
