Hi Lorraine D, thanx 4 that, I think I really benefitted from doing my cycle challenge, it made me get out doors each day & I'm convinced the fresh air & exercise helped my healing process, my coughing has now stopped 👍 so a win win situation.❤️

Probaly swimming as my knees are knackered with osteoarthritis 😊
