Vomiting and sickness on keytruda?

Has anyone had the above? Mum seems to get it suddenly and it’s only happened a handful of times since November. She also has a bowel condition so we’re aware it might not be related to the treatment. Apart from that she’s had minimal side effects. Maybe a little tired but that’s all.

We’ve got the big scan and appointment this week. Praying that it’s working, it would be amazing and the best start to the year to have a positive outcome as we’ve only been disappointed at each appointment so far. Mentally for mum it would be such a boost.

Thanks for your advice in advance, this forum is full of wonderful people.

Hi in the early days I was occasionally sick after treatment but this soon settled and am now 14 months in with no sickness. Best of luck to your mum for scan results! x

Hi LewLew,

It has been reported that approximately 11% of people experience nausea and vomiting whilst taking Keytrida and approximately 12% of people experience gastrointestinal symptoms(for example diarrhoea and colitis). Some people only experience mild symptoms. She will need to keep well hydrated so her GP may prescribe something to lessen the symptoms.Best wishes your mum for this week.
