E cig
Hi Alice. lovely to meet you. I am an administrator for the sister community to this one, which is Quit Support. I personally didnt use the e.cig , I used an inhalator which involves a cartridge which you can reduce over a time. No heat is involved. (any well known chemist supplies these).
If you click on communities and put Quit Support you will be able to access lots of information on there, plus you will get more response from other members.
Quit support is a brilliant site and we get lots of good results. Its almost 8 years since I quit, and the community really helped. Hope to see you and support you on the other site. xxx
