Jaundice is caused by an increase in the bilirubin levels in blood, which can sometimes happen with some chemotherapy drugs. I have placed the link below from cancer research UK on the side effects of pemetrexed and carboplatin:

I take it this has been assessed by a Doctor if not then contact your specialist nurse of the chemotherapy unit. There can be a variety of different reasons there is jaundice e.g infection and treatment will depend on the cause.
