Prior to any surgical procedure any substances that can cause bleeding issues or interfere with any drugs that might be used need to be stopped. This is also true of anything we might eat or drink where the effect is not known.

As JeanE41 has replied, there may be unknown side effects of graviola tincture tea and breadfruit juice. This is standard preparation for Bronchoscopy, to stop taking medications that may cause bleeding e.g aspirin a few days before, anything else that may interact with medicines or if there is not enough evidence based research on the product (i.e your herbal drinks)
