Hi I live whith my ex bf and he is smoking and I am binging up green mcus up in my mouth do I get out of where I am liveing

Hi dewbery, First of all get checked out at the doctors and take a sample of the mucus with you if possible. You may have an infection.

I would also try and avoid being near your boyfriend when he is smoking.

I had my lung out 2 years ago and was advised to keep away from smoke.

It sounds as though you are not getting much support at home. I hope this is not putting you under too much strain. As Jillygirl suggests it is worth talking to your GP about your recent mucus and finding out what is causing it.

Having had a lung removed your remaining lung will be working hard to keep you fit. It is a shame your ex is not more sensitive and not smoking around you.

If you are having problems with your housing situation it may be worth talking to your local CAB or your Lung Cancer Nurse who will be able to suggest sources of help.

Do go and see the GP,
