I was just told,5 cm mass just slightly touching my heart. Causing my heart beat to be 130. I am presently on chemo and it doesn’t look like it’s shirking much. Is there a procedure to remove the mass from the heart?

I have a 5 cm X 4.8 cm mad around the wall and now my heart is s getting smaller, I guess the Gemstar didn’t shrink the timer we were trying to shrink, so now what do u think the next step,? I’m thinking upgrading my chemo to carbo or Cisplatin to shrink this tuner... my question is I want them to surgically remove it... is this possible to do surgery or is it to close to heart?? No radiation can be done it will cause a heart attack, this is scary but nothing has spread to any organs after a 3 year run... and advise
