My mom is on Tagrisso. She is experiencing very bad nausea in the morning and early afternoon. Nothing is helping her, she takes 8mg of zofran and still feels like she has to vomit. She doesn’t ever vomit but is just really nauseous and needs to lay down. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent this or to help it?
Thank you!!

On two different chemo meds, I needed to take zofran religiously on a schedule to keep the nausea under control. Once I felt better, I needed to keep taking it around the clock to stay that way.
If she experience headaches as well, be sure to notify the doctor of those. I don’t want to be an alarmist, but my personal experience includes severe nausea with headaches caused by small lesions/metastasis in my brain that were not visible the year prior on my initial MRI.
I also did not personally find CBD oil helpful (it tastes so awful), but I know others who have (or full marijuana as gummies/candies).
