Sending hope. I am confused though. Are you on a trial? Or will this be a complete new line of treatment? I know you had platinum therapy, and immunotherapy. Were they give together?
7 months is not enough and I pray that this next line of treatment kicks the cancers bottom.
Most oncologists refuse to put a timeframe on survivability. Honestly, they have no real concrete idea how long and cancer patient will live. I am diagnosed as terminal. After two years of mental duress,I had to adjust and get past the diagnosis, live my life as fully as I can. Palliative care is lined up,hospice will be arranged, when the time comes. Until it arrives, I plan on living my life as close to normal as I can.
Congratulations! Sounds like God is performing a miracle in your life!!

It seems like the first thing we look for after hearing 'cancer' from a doctor is 'how long'. I have quickly learned that there is no way to put a time frame on a statistic with so many variables. We avoided asking about time frames when my dad was diagnosed. He eventually asked because he said "I need to know what the expectation is so I can beat it". We are still early in this battle, but I hope he stays determined to beat the odds! Love your positive outlook and thanks for sharing!
