Pulmonary Nodules with Tree in Branch appearance

I am an eleven year breast cancer who was recently diagnosed as positive for the BRCA2 gene. I've had recent cat scans and they found four nodules in my right lung with tree in branch look to them. My docs do not seem concerned, but it worries me. Anyone familiar with tree in branch looking pulmonary nodules. My sister was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer twelve years ago, she is still with us.

This is something I've only read about briefly. It seems that no one here really has any experience. Perhaps one of the oncologists who monitor the boards at cancergrace.org can provide insight. If you do contact them would you please share their answer with us?
