Try keeping your stockings in the fridge overnight. And during the day, spray them with plain cold water every couple of hours. Keep out of direct sunlight and elevate your legs as much as you can. Drink lots of water or squash.
Lenora’s right… I ‘water’ my heavy stockings regularly and it works a treat x
