Red light therapy

anybody tried red light therapy? I read it helps with lymphedema but after using it for 20 minutes it seemed worse.

Much depends on how much you either spend on the device or are willing to spend time on self treatment with the same device!! Very time consuming, with little to show for all the effort.I used a LLLT 903 unit as part of my practice, about 12 years ago. It cost a couple of thousand pounds. I sold it to a client 2 years later. I then invested in a Hivamat 200 which IMVHO was far better to use, and had greater effect. I still use it daily on myself and family - including the dog!!
