I wear my compression garment on my left arm at night in the summer too warm in the day.Next month I’m due to have a 7 day heart halter monitor to check why I’m getting palpitations ..silly question perhaps but does wearing a garment affect blood pressure i sometimes think mine does ?

It shouldn’t affect blood pressure, but it might be worth a chat with one of the lymphoedema clinic staff for advice. Depending on what sort of garment you are using, you could ask if they could get you a specific night time compression garment - they are very comfortable.Hope they get to the bottom of your problem. I had something similar a few years ago, and it was put down to ‘stress’ and too much coffee.
