Ok so I have lymphoedema in both legs and pelvis and lower abdomen ive managed really well past 4 years few ups and downs but in the whole the legs look good. The past 2 days I've had pain in the legs like a constant ache no matter what I do I wont go. To look at the leg only mild pitting but no major swelling that's visible. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Leg pain
If you have a recent change in symptoms - such as pain - you must seek medical advice. It could be anything, but you must see a doctor.
Is the pain your going through now did you face similar issues initially when you were diagnosed or only now ???
Both my legs and feet are affected. I'm type 2 diabetic . Have osteoarthritis & osteoporosis. I can't jump, can barely walk .I keep legs elevated as much as possible. The steroid shots would give me months with less swelling even though they were for my knees . I had to discontinue them because they were raising my A13 sky high. After I stopped getting shots blood sugar is way down. And legs back to swelling excessively. My mother & grandma & now my granddaughter is dealing with lymphodema. I am pretty sure it was inherited. It's a shame no one can seem to help.
yes yes I have it in both my legs. my feet,my pelvic, I am type 2 diabetic, I have osteoarithtis in both knees and back, I need to lose weight , I am stiff in both legs, can barely walk, I am in pain 24/7. What is the end game with lymphoedma? I don"t know and neither does my doctor. I feel as if I am very alone and need to find my own way
Well its a life long condition so I guess theres no end game it's more a maintained and managed game. I've literally changed everything i do and est and ivr got swelling down to a minimum . Infact legs look normal at the moment but the min I get vicky and thinking maybe it's gone and dont stay strict with my routines you see the swelling coming back .
In the US we're basically ignored . Told to massage ourselves . Even though we can barely move . And that's it !
