As I had to give up driving ,18/12 ago I've been very overdue for my check up (3 centres in my area all at least 10 miles from home and difficult on public transport) so yesterday 2 nurses kindly visited me at home, measurements were taken and they're virtually identical to the ones from 2 yrs ago, I said that my arm can ache at times (lymphoedema in both breasts, complete clearance in right arm) which we think is probably due to carrying bags, not heavy ones, so the nurses are ordering me a sleeve just as support, and then they'll come out to me again to show me how to put it on, but I was really pleased that my measurements had stayed the same, not sure what I'm doing but the nurses said I'm doing it right, hope everyone has a good Easter x

Hi Jennymary. Really glad you have good, supportive nurses and that things are working out for you. - we need all the support we can get. You must be doing something right! Have a good relaxing Easter yourself.
That's great news and good to hear, as many of us lymphies will be in similar positions. Happy Easter to you x
