Hi, I had a course or Low Level Light Therapy a couple of years ago which was combined with MLD, yes it helped my breast lymphodema
where do you go to have this done? sorry what is MLD. thanks
Some larger clinics use FIR (far infrared) as a treatment for lymphoedema, in conjunction with MLD and compression. (It is not LLLT - low level laser therapy, mentioned by Jenny).
Some people find benefit, others don’t, but if you have access to it, would be worth trying.
