should I be concerned?

Hi all,

I have had lymphoedema for a while now, both limbs, doctors always unhelpful so try to avoid them where I can. Anyway woke up a week ago and middle toe was bright red with a “normal”-coloured band across the centre. (“Normal” in quotes because all my toes have looked greyish for a few weeks). They have been swollen on and off for months (along with my whole feet) and I don’t think that this toe hurts, but I have MS and my feet are numb and freezing cold anyway, so I can’t tell if it feels painful or hotter or colder than the others. Is this serious? Do I have to go to Dr Unhelpful?

Thank you in advance
