Have a look at the website of the Lymphoedema Support Network lymphoedema.org . They also have a telephone help line (they are UK based).

Have a look at lymphedemapeople.com - lots of Floridians on the site, with advice and information and links to medical professionals who have an interest in lymphatic problems. Also the Nationak Lymphedema Network lymphnet.org

Have you developed lymphoedema in any other part of the body?

The damage to your voice will have been done by the radiotherapy. It will have inevitably damaged lymph vessels in the neck and throat. An MLD therapist would be able to work on your head, neck, face etc, to ease lymphatic congestion, but the voice may need additional help from a speech therapist, who will teach you how to use your breath and mouth shape to produce sound.
