hi

this tears of lymph indicates extensive edema over the pressure of the skin layers

management includes

1- leg elevation

2- suction of lymph by needle under sterile technique to avoid its complication( get infection) without removal of overlying delicate skin

thanks for your replies, I saw the practice nurse she said it was mild cellulitis so was prescribed high dose of antibiotis & dressings, my legs are now normal colour & the tears are healing, thank you so much for your help xx
