As per my previous post. I suggest you phone the Lymphoedema Support Network and see what information they can give you on abdominal/ trunk lymphoedema.

Have you been checked for a hernia? This really should be checked by a doctor.

AnneBury suggests you ask the LSN for info on truncal oedema - do give them a call - you can usually speak to a real person between 10am and 2pm.

Yeh I have had ultra scans done but nothing showed up, what is truncal oedema never heard of it, I'm new to all this. Did you see my other pic, it's not hard it's soft and spongy.

I still think you need to be evaluated by a doctor. Didn't you see someone at the clinic recently? You should have shown it them.

Truncal oedema is swelling that occurs between the armpits and the hips - in the trunk or torso.

My nurse was off sick again so I had to see another nurse and she only wanted to do what should of been done in sept which was remeasure my legs when that app was cancelled as my nurse was off sick then as well so I will have to wait 3 month to see my nurse.

Hi lynora, I went to see my doctor today and she is referring me to a specialist at the hospital thinks it could be bowel backed up as I have been having trouble there as well even with tablets for chronic constipation still nothing happens 😳

I have also, been asked if I'm pregnant, I do look about 6 month gone....lol.

Hi everyone, I have finally got my app through to see when I look 6 months pregnant, it is 4th April and and 11-12 miles away it's the nearest hospital that had the quickest app but it's a female DR which is a good thing as I won't get as embarrassed xx
